Personal Review
The cornerstone of the Group’s management, the personal review is a continuous process and one that requires a constructive managerial approach. Personal Reviews are conducted once a year and meet clearly defined objectives:
- - To ensure that the company’s strategy is implemented in the most appropriate way by setting employees personal objectives in line with those of the Group,
- - To establish fair conditions for personal and professional development,
- - To provide a formal opportunity for discussions between managers and the employees who report to them,
- - To identify high flyers, people with the talent and potential to guarantee the sustainability of internal resources,
- - To take stock of and challenge individual training requirements,
- - To make this assessment a highlight for management responsibility.
