This survey is a genuine tool for improving employment practices. By questioning employees directly, this survey aims to analyse specific factors, corporate strengths and also the areas for improvement in terms of corporate organisation, management, resources and tools.
The Internal Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for every Group employee to voice his or her opinions. The Human Resources Department will compile the conclusions and analyse the major points for implementation through appropriate and effective action plans.
This survey is carried out from time to time so that we can see whether previous measures have been effective, and so improve our ability to offer FagorBrandt employees job satisfaction.
