Innovations in cooking

The gas hob with the electronic control panel

This is the only gas hob in the world to have no knobs. Its tactile controls combine the benefits of gas cooking with the simplicity of electronics to provide greater accuracy and more variety than any other hob. The glass top also offers easy cleaning.

The "no zone" induction hob

With its exclusive new induction cooking concept FagorBrandt eliminates the dilemma of having to choose between 3 or 4 hotplates. The “Continuum” hob has two hotplates and a flexible cooking area giving users the choice between a single enormous hotplate – the largest (40x23cm) and most powerful on the market (4 600W) - for large casserole dishes or fish kettles, or two separate hotplates.

The « Continuum » hob has two separate induction groups that can:

  • Be combined to heat a large pan
  • Be used to create two separate hotplates of the same power or two cooking areas with different settings.

Automatic hoods

Equipped with automatic sensors, this exceptional hood by Sauter turns on automatically and adjusts settings in response to steam levels.

The «Color Matrics» oven

On the outside, a designer oven with a unique pivoting programmable colour strip display.
On the inside, an oven that is technologically intuitive and simple. It has two new features: a “special bread” program and a “low temperature” program for fish.

The "Color Matrics" oven was voted an innovative 5E product (ergonomics, esthetics, economies, ethics, emotion) by the Janus de l’industrie jury, comprised of experts from industry, design, architecture, sustainable development, medicine, urban planning and communications.

In particular, they appreciated its "Axium" control panel and the user-friendly back-lit colour tactile screen with its life-like illustrations (tart, bakes, breads, vegetables, etc).
