A single shareholder

FagorBrandt is an entity of the Spanish MCC cooperative, established 50 years ago. Mondragon Corporación Cooperativa is the sole shareholder in FagorBrandt. Today the Fagor Group is the only Spanish multinational in domestic household appliances.

The acquisition of Brandt enabled Fagor to expand its industrial expertise and become Europe's 5th largest manufacturer.

The Fagor Electrodomésticos Group is ranked N° 1 in France (with an 17.5% market share in value) and Spain (20.8%).

The Group reported an estimated turnover of €1.750 billion in 2007, with more than 12,000 people employed worldwide at 16 production sites in 6 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Morocco, China).

The Fagor Electrodomésticos Group is a Mondragon Corporación Cooperativa company (employing approximately 95 000 people, from 270 companies and with a turnover of around €15 billion in 2007).

MCC is divided into three areas of activity: distribution, banking and industry. Fagor is the largest industrial entity.
